Basic Documents Required for Singapore Visa Process

To apply for an entry visa for business or social visits, you will need the following documents:

1. Original passport along with old passport if any

2. Completed form 14a with 2 current white background Singapore size photographs, (35 x 45mm). Matte finish with 80% faces coverage.

3. Passenger covering letter with travel date & accompanying details if any

4. Salary slip / bank statement

5. Flight ticket/hotel booking/group booking if any

6. Authorization letter with Signed & Contact number for sub agent cases

If businessman:

1. Company Registration / GST Registration copy / Partnership deed

2. Latest 3 months bank statement / ITR copy

If employee:

1. Letter of Employment + Latest payslip / Bank statement

If Invitee:

1. If passenger business visit required Invitation letter / V39A & Acra

2. If applicant tourist visit only know a employment pass holder, required normal invitation letter with Singapore local contact details and contact number & invite passport copies

3. If v39a form signed by a Singaporean, also need to provide a photocopy of the local contact’s identity card, Singapore NRIC invite is Singapore citizen

If single woman travelling alone:

1. Sponsor letter & financial documents from husband / father / mother

If newly married:

1. Marriage Certificate                                                                                                                or

2. Marriage Invitation original with wedding family photograph

If student:

1. Student ID card & sponsor letter from father / mother along with 3 month bank statement

If agriculture:

1. Agriculturist people need to provide land documents & three months bank statement

If landlord:

1. If passenger’s landlord needs to provide property documents, rent receipt and three months Bank Statement / ITR copy if any

If retired:

1. Retired person / Retired pensioners to provide retirement certificate / pension book + three months bank statement
2. If the expenses sponsored by their son/daughter in Singapore need to provide their 3 month salary slip / bank statement along with their passport copies

If other state issue passport holders:

1. Address proof letter from working company

2. Govt Aadhar card

3. Valid Rental agreement copy

4. Bank statement

When there is an element of doubt on our part regarding the genuineness of the case, we seek the advice of the Consulate and / or ask the client to provice additional documents to support the application.

Fees:

A S$30 non-refundable processing fee & Our Service Charge ₹300 + 18% GST applicable.

Processing Time:

Visa processing time will be processed in 1 working day, excluding the day of submission, weekends and public holiday. Some applications may take longer time to process. It advised to submit the visa application at least one week prior to the travel date.
